The Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage using some of the same techniques
as the Swedish massage using slow firm pressure to assist in the release of muscle tightness.
The focus is on the deepest layer of tissue, tendons and fascia. The level of pressure is
customized to suite your needs.
This massage is not “No Pain/No Gain”. Therapy. The goal is to get your muscles and
tendons to release so that you can move with less or no pain. You will still receive the full body
massage with more focus on the areas of concern.
All massages include the use of either Hot Towels, Hot Stone warmer treatment and if
you would like essential oil(s) that will be included as well.
Monarch Massage doesn’t charge extra for these additional luxuries as these are all
tools that are used to enhance your massage experience. The goal is to make you feel
